Once again Aspire has listened to your feedback, and we are pleased to announce that the following unit is now available:
BSBCUS402 Address customer needs comprehensively maps to the unit of competency. It covers the skills and knowledge required to manage the ongoing relationship with a customer. The customer relationship would typically involve direct interaction a number of times over an extended period. It includes information on how to:

satisfy complex customer needs

manage networks to ensure customer needs are addressed.
It contains learning content, practice tasks, assessment activities, case studies, examples and final assessment tasks

BSB07 Business Services Training Package Update (OHS to WHS)
Aspire is pleased to announce the release of the first BSB07 Version 7 updates affecting WHS. These updated units will roll out over the coming months.
