Australian customers can elect to receive their goods by normal mail, Express Post (Australia Post) or courier. You can order online and select either normal postage or express post. If you would like your goods delivered by courier, you will need to order by telephone, fax, mail or email, so please contact us on telephone 03 9820 1300 or 1300 134 099.
International customers (including New Zealand)
International customers can order their resources by normal mail. If you would like your goods delivered by express post or courier, you will need to order by phone, fax or email, so please contact us by email on email@example.com.
Aspire is a not-for-profit organisation and we charge postage and handling (freight charge) which covers the majority of the costs of processing and despatching your order. Aspire does not include a mark-up or premium on its resource prices to absorb the postage and handling costs. Aspire's freight charges include GST.

Aspire's postage and handling costs are based on weight, as follows:

The following delivery schedule is indicative only and is dependant on stock availability. Aspire Training & Consulting will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.
Please allow 10 working days from the date of invoice for delivery.

Orders placed online are received by Aspire at 7.00am and 7.00pm daily. We do not receive them automatically. If you have an urgent order, please contact one of our Account managers on 1300 134 099.
Please note: Online orders are still subject to our normal dispatch timeframe (24 hours from receiving the order). This means that the order will not be dispatched the same day as you placed it. The order is processed and then forwarded to our warehouse to dispatch the following day.
Express orders are also subject to our normal dispatch timeframe, however they are sent using Australia Post Express Post. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that the delivery address you included is located within the 'Express Post Network' to guarantee that your order is delivered the day after dispatch.
