All goods returned to Aspire must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Form signed and dated by an Aspire account manager. Please note: customised resources, licensed resources and made-to-order products such as Trainer's and Assessor's Guides, Assessment resources and Additional Assessments and international orders (see below) are not returnable.
Goods returned without a signed and dated Returns Authorisation Form will not be issued credit.
Goods must be returned in resaleable condition. Returned goods incur a 15% handling fee (minimum $5.00).
Clients will not be issued credit for goods damaged in return transit.
Except for Australian Bookshops/Booksellers, goods must be returned within 14 days of invoice date. For Australian Bookshops/Booksellers, goods must be returned within 3 months of invoice date.

International orders (orders despatched to locations outside of Australia)
Goods despatched to locations outside Australia are not returnable.
If you are purchasing outside of Australia, deductions from your credit card may incur a conversion fee due and be subject to exchange rates. This will affect the final total shown on your credit card statement.
